Chapter 1 - The Girl the Moon Shouldn't Have The Chosen

Chapter 1: The Mark

The night felt different.

Aria Nightingale noticed it the moment she stepped outside. The air was colder than usual, and the silence around her felt heavy.

She looked up.

The moon was glowing brighter than she had ever seen before.

It felt… wrong.

As if it was watching her.

"Why do I feel like this?" she whispered.

She shook her head and started walking, trying to ignore the strange feeling.

But then—

Her hand suddenly burned.

"Ah—!"

She dropped her bag as pain shot through her fingers.

A silver light spread across her skin.

Aria stared in horror as a glowing mark appeared on her hand.

"I didn't do anything…"

The light grew stronger.

And then a voice came from behind her.

"You shouldn't have been chosen."

Aria turned around quickly.

A boy stood in the shadows, his eyes fixed on her glowing hand.

"The last person with that mark…" he said quietly, "…destroyed everything."

Chapter 2: The Truth He Hid

"W-what are you talking about?" Aria asked.

The boy stepped closer.

"My name is Lucien."

His voice was calm, but his eyes were serious.

"That mark on your hand is not normal," he continued. "It means you've been chosen by the moon."

Aria shook her head.

"That's impossible."

Lucien didn't argue.

Instead, he looked at her with a strange expression.

"Whether you believe it or not… people are already coming for you."

"Why?" she asked, her voice shaking.

Lucien paused.

Then he said the one thing she didn't expect.

"Because your power can destroy this world."

Chapter 3: The Chase

They were running.

Aria's heart pounded as footsteps echoed behind them.

"Who are they?" she asked.

"People who want your power," Lucien replied.

A dark figure suddenly appeared in front of them.

"So this is the girl," the man said with a cold smile.

Aria froze.

Fear gripped her chest.

Lucien stepped in front of her.

"Stay behind me."

The man laughed.

"You think you can protect her?"

Lucien's eyes turned sharp.

"I won't let you touch her."

The air grew tense.

And then—

The mark on Aria's hand began to glow again.

Chapter 4: The Power Within

The light burst out of her hand.

Aria gasped as energy surrounded her.

"I can't control it!"

Lucien looked at her.

"Focus," he said firmly.

The enemy stepped back in shock.

"This power…"

Aria closed her eyes.

Her heart was racing.

"I don't want to hurt anyone…"

The light slowly calmed.

But something inside her had changed.

She could feel it.

This power…

It was part of her now.

Chapter 5: When the Moon Decides (Ending)

The night was quiet again.

The enemies were gone.

The danger had passed—for now.

Aria stood under the moonlight, staring at her hand.

The mark was still there.

Faint… but real.

Lucien stood beside her.

"You can't go back to your old life," he said softly.

Aria knew he was right.

Everything had changed.

She looked up at the moon again.

This time, she wasn't confused.

She understood.

"The moon didn't choose me by mistake," she said quietly.

Lucien looked at her.

"No," he replied.

"It never does."

Aria took a deep breath.

Fear was still there.

But so was something else.

Strength.

"Then I'll face whatever comes," she said.

The wind moved gently around them.

And above them, the moon shined brighter than ever.

As if it was watching its chosen one.
