Chapter 4 - The Silent War Begins

It is nice to have you here today, Your Excellency," Mr. President Jayden said to President Kofi.

"It is always nice to be here," he replied.

"I have both good news and bad news to share, Mr. President," President Kofi said.

"The good news is that we have received a new set of armaments supplied to us by China. These new advanced weapons will greatly assist our forces, and our relationship with them continues to grow stronger."

"The bad news is that information from our spy in Nigeria confirms that they are working on humans created through bio-technology as weapons to defend themselves in the event of war. They appear to be a serious threat to us," President Kofi added.

"Hmmm… this is both good and not good," President Jayden replied thoughtfully.

"But how reliable is this spy of yours?" he asked.

"He is extremely trusted," President Kofi answered.

"You would be surprised — he is actually one of the most important individuals in Nigeria's military structure."

"He is their general," President Kofi continued.

President Jayden's expression changed. "You mean General Belthel?"

"Yes," President Kofi replied.

"He is originally Ghanaian. We were able to manipulate his documents to position him as a Nigerian general. Since he grew up in Nigeria, he understands their systems completely. However, he has never forgotten his true identity."

"That is brilliant. Now we are one step ahead of that proud nation called Nigeria," President Jayden said with a smile.

"Once we are done with Nigeria, the remaining major European powers will begin to take us seriously. They will recognize us as a leading power in Africa, which will significantly improve our economy," he added.

"Yes, that is the plan," President Kofi agreed. "But no one must know about General Belthel. He is our most valuable asset."

President Jayden nodded. "Understood."

He then added, "Tell General Belthel to study these bio-humans carefully. He should learn their weaknesses so they can be used against them during the war."

"That is exactly the strategy," President Kofi replied. "During the conflict, they will believe most of Nigeria's military forces are loyal to them. Then, at the right moment, they will be betrayed. That will ensure the elimination of the bio-humans."

President Jayden smiled. "I cannot wait for that nation to fall."

"It will happen very soon," President Kofi responded.

"Next month, our first strike will target Lagos as a warning. I have heard that President Obinna will be attending an official meeting with the Governor of Lagos State. That will be the perfect opportunity."

"After that, we will strike Owerri."

"Then finally, we will target Abuja, and the official war will begin."

"Prepare your forces," President Kofi concluded.

"All armaments will be delivered today so your troops can begin preparations."

"Nigeria will fall, with or without their bio-humans."

"No one can stop us," he declared.

President Jayden nodded, stood up, shook President Kofi's hand, and left the room.

It was clear — eve

rything was about to begin.
