Synopsis
The battlefield is surrounded by armies. A man stands before them, wielding nothing but his own courage. By his side is a heroine. Looking down at him from the heavens is the image of a goddess. The myth is always the same: the hero is guided by the goddess and accompanied by the heroine. He faces his enemies in epic fashion, always emerging victorious. On the battlefield, there were only two things: Blood and Passion. Askr Renjou dreams of the era when heroes roamed the world, yet he himself did not know that he was just like them. Upon encountering a nun being attacked by a mad priest, the Romance began. You dreamed of the heroes of the past, huh? The next one is you. Dictate the ideal world according to your vision. You are the hero of your own story. Cover art (and for the chapters) by: Ryubo. Cover editing by: TayuyaTensei. -https://x.com/TayuyaTensei

Chapter 1 - Romance Prologue.

Fallen into a semi-death state, the boy could only feel utter helplessness.

The enemy was stronger, faster, and more resilient. In the face of the authority of a god's avatar, there was no path that would lead him to victory.

His legs wouldn't move, his hands had no strength, his breath caught in his throat.

It was someone impossible to reach.

But even so, he couldn't give up. No… Not this boy. He had gained far too much to lose now.

And then, when he thought it was his end, someone stepped in front of him.

Blood flowed, but it wasn't his—nor the imposing enemy's he faced.

The demonic wolf's claws mutilated fresh flesh. The woman he had tried so desperately to protect fell. A hole in her chest and the light of life drained from her eyes.

Paralyzed, his mind unable to process it and, in fact, feeling utterly useless, Askr Renjou didn't know how to act in this situation.

Then… he decided to act.

And the theater began once more.

He forced his legs—the ones that had refused to move—to rise. He did it through sheer will.

His heart, which had always dreamed of the epic heroes of antiquity, finally granted him a strength he didn't even remember possessing.

And so the Theater became his epic.

No, not an epic… A romance.
