# Chapter 1: The Night of the Nine-Tails (God-Level Extraction!)
The sky over Konoha was not black. It was a terrifying, blood-red furnace.
Buildings crumbled like dry biscuits. Screams of ninjas and civilians were drowned out by a sound that shook the very foundations of the earth—a roar so ancient and filled with hatred that it made the blood of every living soul turn to ice.
The Nine-Tails. Kurama.
A massive, orange beast with fur like dancing flames and nine tails that whipped the air, creating hurricanes with every flick. Its eyes were slitted, glowing with a murderous crimson light.
In the Uchiha district, not far from the center of the chaos, a small wooden house was collapsing. Inside, a woman lay dead, her cold hand still reaching toward a small wooden crib.
Inside that crib, a baby's eyes suddenly snapped open.
*Where am I? Why is it so loud?*
The baby—Ren—blinked. He remembered the blinding lights of a car, the screech of tires, and then... nothingness. But now, his tiny body was filled with a strange, burning heat. He tried to move his arms, but they were heavy and weak.
Suddenly, a cold, mechanical voice echoed directly in his mind, cutting through the roar of the beast outside.

**[Host Identity Confirmed: Ren Uchiha.]**
**[Detection... High-Level Energy Source identified nearby!]**
Ren froze. *System? I've reincarnated?*
Before he could process the thought, the roof of the house was ripped away by a stray shockwave. Ren looked up and saw it. The massive head of the Nine-Tails was only a few hundred meters away, pinned to the ground by glowing, golden chains.
Standing near the beast was a man with spiky blonde hair and a white cloak fluttering in the wind. Minato Namikaze. The Fourth Hokage. Beside him was a woman with long red hair, her body trembling with exhaustion as she held the golden chains tight. Kushina Uzumaki.
They were about to die. Ren knew the story. Minato would use the Dead Demon Consuming Seal. He would seal half of Kurama in himself and the other half in his newborn son, Naruto. Both parents would die to protect the village.
But as Ren stared at the Nine-Tails, a new prompt appeared in his vision, glowing with a golden light.

Ren didn't hesitate. In this world, strength was the only thing that mattered. If he didn't get strong now, he would just be another nameless orphan in a war-torn village.

Outside, the air seemed to shimmer. A thin, invisible thread of energy began to flow from the massive beast toward the small baby in the crib.
Kushina, who was barely holding on, felt the Nine-Tails' chakra suddenly fluctuate. The beast let out a confused, pained whimper instead of a roar. For a split second, its massive body shrunk slightly.

A massive surge of heat exploded inside Ren's tiny chest. It felt like liquid fire was being poured into his veins. His small heart hammered against his ribs, and his skin glowed with a faint, golden aura.
He felt *powerful*. Even as a baby, the amount of chakra swirling inside him was enough to rival a Mid-Level Chunin.

Ren exhaled a breath of steam. His tiny muscles were twitching. He looked back at the battlefield.
Because he had "extracted" a portion of Kurama's core essence, the Nine-Tails was momentarily stunned. Its struggle against the golden chains weakened.
Minato Namikaze, the Yellow Flash, noticed the change instantly. His sharp eyes flickered toward the Uchiha district, sensing a strange, powerful resonance.
"Kushina! The Nine-Tails' power is dropping! Now!" Minato shouted.
In the original timeline, Kurama would have had enough strength to thrust a single claw forward, piercing both Minato and Kushina as they protected baby Naruto.
But now, Kurama was sluggish. Its claw moved slower, its aim off-balance.
*Squelch!*
The giant claw still moved, but instead of piercing through their chests, it only grazed Minato's shoulder and Kushina's side. They were thrown back, but they were still breathing.
Minato coughed up blood, but his hands stayed locked in the sealing position. "Eight Trigrams Sealing Style!"
A massive whirlpool of chakra erupted. The Nine-Tails let out one last scream of fury before it was sucked into the seal on baby Naruto's stomach.
Silence fell over Konoha. Only the crackling of fire remained.
Minato slumped to the ground, his face pale. Kushina crawled toward him, her breath ragged. They were both gravely injured, but the lethal blow that should have killed them... it never came.
Ren lay in his crib, watching the blonde Hokage struggle to stand.
*I did it. I changed the first major event.*
But he was exhausted. The "Extraction" had taken everything out of him. As his eyes began to close, he heard the sound of footsteps. Rapid, heavy footsteps.
"Hokage-sama! Kushina-san!"
A group of ANBU ninjas landed nearby, followed by an old man with a straw hat and a pipe. The Third Hokage, Hiruzen Sarutobi.
"They're alive! Medic! Get the Medics here now!" Hiruzen roared.
As Ren slipped into a deep sleep, he heard one last prompt from the System.
**[Ding! Butterfly Effect Detected! You have changed the fate of the Fourth Hokage.]****[Calculating Reward... Processing...]**
The mechanical voice faded, and Ren drifted into darkness, unaware that he was now the most "dangerous" existence in the Hidden Leaf Village.
