The Dream Room
Inside Elias's attic was a hidden room.
Hundreds of glass jars filled the shelves.
Inside each jar was a floating light—
someone's forgotten dream.
One jar held the dream of a boy who wanted to become an astronaut.
Another held the dream of a woman who once wanted to write a novel.
Another contained the dream of a man who wanted to apologize to someone he hurt.
Elias never opened the jars.
