Chapter 1 - THE CELESTIAL GUARDIAN Chapter 1 – The Boy Who Heard the Sky

The small town of Devgarh woke slowly under the warm glow of the rising sun.

Temple bells rang softly through the morning air. Vendors arranged their fruit carts along the dusty road. Children ran toward the government school with half-tucked shirts and unfinished breakfasts.

But on the edge of the town, near an old banyan tree, a young boy stood completely still.

His name was Arjun Mehra.

And he was listening to something no one else could hear.

The wind.

Not just the wind itself—but the voices hidden inside it.

Arjun closed his eyes. The breeze passed through the banyan leaves like whispers from another world.

You are not like them…

A strange warmth spread across his chest.

Arjun suddenly opened his eyes.

"Not again," he muttered.

This had been happening for months now.

Sometimes he heard whispers in the wind.Sometimes strange dreams.Sometimes flashes of light in the sky that only he seemed to notice.

His grandmother always told him:

"Some souls are born under special stars."

But Arjun never believed that.

He was just a normal 18-year-old boy who loved cricket, comic books, and spending time with his best friend Ravi.

Or at least he thought he was normal.

The Storm That Wasn't Natural

That evening, the sky above Devgarh turned dark much earlier than usual.

Thick clouds rolled across the horizon like an approaching army.

Lightning flashed.

But something about the storm felt wrong.

The wind howled louder and louder, as if the sky itself was angry.

Arjun stood on his rooftop staring at the clouds.

His heart began beating faster.

Again he heard the whisper.

It is coming…

Suddenly—

BOOOOM!

A bolt of lightning struck the old banyan tree near his house.

The ground shook.

People screamed in the streets.

But Arjun didn't move.

Instead he felt something strange pulling him toward the tree.

Almost like a magnetic force.

Before he could stop himself, he ran.

The Fallen Light

The banyan tree had split in half.

Its massive trunk smoked where the lightning had struck.

Villagers gathered around the fallen tree, whispering nervously.

But Arjun noticed something they didn't.

A glowing object buried beneath the roots.

His eyes widened.

Slowly, he walked closer.

The moment his hand touched the glowing stone—

A massive surge of energy exploded through his body.

His mind filled with visions.

Ancient temples.

Cosmic battles.

Warriors made of starlight.

And a mysterious voice echoed through his head.

"The power of the Celestial Guardian has chosen you."

Arjun collapsed to his knees.

The villagers ran toward him.

"Arjun! Are you okay?" Ravi shouted.

But Arjun couldn't hear them.

His body floated a few inches above the ground.

Electric blue energy surrounded him.

Then suddenly—

Everything stopped.

The glow disappeared.

Arjun fell unconscious.

The stone beneath the tree had vanished.

The Secret Awakens

Arjun woke up the next morning in his room.

His grandmother sat beside him with worried eyes.

"You fainted near the banyan tree," she said softly.

Arjun touched his forehead.

"Grandma… I saw something."

She looked at him carefully.

"What did you see?"

Before Arjun could answer—

His metal water bottle on the table suddenly rose into the air.

Both of them froze.

The bottle floated for several seconds.

Then dropped.

Arjun stared at his hands in shock.

"What… was that?"

His grandmother didn't look surprised.

Instead she sighed.

"I was afraid this day would come."

Arjun blinked.

"You knew?"

She stood up slowly and opened an old wooden chest in the corner of the room.

Inside was an ancient cloth bundle.

She carefully unfolded it.

Revealing an old bronze amulet shaped like a sun.

Arjun felt the same strange energy from the previous night.

His grandmother looked at him seriously.

"Arjun… our family has been protecting a secret for thousands of years."

He felt his heart pounding again.

"What secret?"

She placed the amulet in his hand.

The moment he touched it—

The symbol began glowing.

Outside, the sky rumbled.

Wind rushed through the windows.

His grandmother whispered:

"You are the next Celestial Guardian."

Meanwhile… Far Away

Deep inside the Himalayas…

In a hidden fortress made of black stone…

A pair of glowing red eyes suddenly opened.

A monstrous figure sat upon a throne of bones.

Around him, dark energy twisted like living shadows.

One of his servants knelt before him.

"My lord… the celestial power has awakened."

The monster smiled slowly.

His voice echoed like thunder.

"After centuries… the Guardian has returned."

He stood up.

The ground trembled beneath his feet.

His name was RAKSHOR.

The ancient destroyer of worlds.

And he had waited thousands of years for this moment.

"Prepare the hunters," he commanded.

"This time… the Guardian will not survive."

Back in Devgarh

Arjun stared at the glowing amulet.

Power pulsed through his veins.

Fear.

Excitement.

Confusion.

All mixed together.

He looked at his grandmother.

"If I'm this… Guardian… what does that mean?"

She answered quietly.

"It means, Arjun…"

"Your life will never be normal again."

And far above the Earth…

Hidden beyond the stars…

Ancient cosmic beings watched silently.

One of them spoke.

"The chosen one has awakened."

Another replied.

"Now the war for Earth begins."
