Chapter 1 – A Strange Door
Mehek was an ordinary seventeen-year-old girl, living in a quiet town. She loved reading fantasy novels and dreaming about magical worlds.
One rainy evening, while walking home from school, she noticed a shimmering door in a narrow alley. The door had carvings of stars and animals that seemed to move.
Curiosity took over. She touched the door—and suddenly a force pulled her forward.
She landed on soft grass, surrounded by glowing trees. Floating islands drifted across the sky, and streaks of colored light danced everywhere.
A young man appeared from behind a tree. His eyes were blue, and his cloak shimmered like starlight.
"You shouldn't be here," he said.
"I… I don't understand. Where am I?" Mehek asked.
"You are in Aeloria," he replied. "Your arrival is no accident."
The wind swirled around her, carrying whispers of magic. Mehek realized her adventure had only just begun.
