Nalubamba finally spoke, her voice gentle:
"I forgive you, Mwiya. We have learned much through this. Our home is stronger because we protected it together."
The children smiled, understanding the depth of their parents' unity.
Among the Tonga people, forgiveness was believed stronger than anger, and peace stronger than strife.
The Sikalima homestead returned to harmony, bathed in the glow of the setting sun.
The elders would later say: "A home that protects truth will always stand."
And so, the family continued their life, guided by tradition, respect, and the wisdom of their ancestors.
