It was a sunny day , ACP Vikrant was going to his work as usual , just like every day but , today was a different day .
Vikrant was feeling uneasy toady as if something cold was roaming near him . As he reached the Police station and went towards his room . the constable came to him and told him to come to the DCP office .
VIkrant went to his superior's office and reaching there , he saw his superior officer looking at a file intensely , when he saw vikrant enter he had sudden happy expression .
" hey vikrant long time no see , how are you my boy ." said the DCP , Vikrant replied," nothing much just solving some robbery case's why what happened ? you look a little restless today is everything alright ? . hearing this DCP replied ," well vikrant there is something bad going on , thats why i called you here today just take a look over here on this case file , see these murder's they are all so unnatural , look here the cause of the death in the forensic report is stab wounds but we never found a murder weapon near the crime scene .", vikrant replied," well sir it could be that the murderer is very clever at hiding his weapon and evidence at the crime scene ?. "
DCP replied " well we also thought the same but the thing that has been so unnatural is that all these murders have been happened by the same weapon and also in the same manner, stabbing below the neck ten times , its a very brutal method and the most important thing is that these all happened inside the victims houses and no one saw them leaving the house or anyone entering but they still got murdered , so Vikrant my last hope is you , you are the most experienced officer in the department afterall . So up for a challenge ?."
Vikrant replied while smiling a little ," ofcourse sir , i am on it ."
