Chapter 1 - The plan

Jay Jay’s POV

I knew it. I knew about the plan. I found out months ago… and I played along.

But it still hurts.

I don’t know why, but the idea that they would use me â€" and hurt Aries â€" it just breaks something in me. Why? Maybe I do know… but why me? Aries doesn’t even like me!

Keifer’s voice sliced through the silence.

“I used you… and all of Section E knows it.”

The room went dead quiet.

I let out a bitter chuckle.

“Pathetic. Couldn’t even face Aries or something? You just used me. You coward.”

Cin staggered, gripping a bench for support.

“Jay! I’m sorryâ€" I didn’t want toâ€" Keifer forced me! Please, Jayâ€"”

This kid.

“Don’t. I know you weren’t a part of it, Cin.”

Honestly, it wasn’t his fault.

The others looked confused, sad, guilty… and jealous of Cin all at once.

That suited them. They didn’t just use me â€" they broke my trust.

And I swore… they’d have to earn it back.

Keifer’s POV

I told her. I had no choice. I had to protect her from the Watson elders.

My face stayed cold… but inside, every word she said tore me apart.

She didn’t cry. She didn’t break. She just went cold.

Section E looked lost in grief.

She forgave Cin.

But peace never lasts for us.

Not Ram. Not Ryu.

This time… a Watson.

My father.

Kaizer Watson.

Jay’s POV â€" The Next Day

After class, I was leaving. Hvis, my horoscope brotherâ€"grumpy as alwaysâ€"ditched me again.

Then a heavy blow struck the back of my head. A sack over my face. Darkness.

When I woke up…

Section E â€" Rakki, Ella, Freya, Aries â€" all battered, bleeding… barely conscious.

Then I saw him.

Kaizer. The devil.

Author’s POV

Kaizer smirked.

“Well, well, well. Look what we have here. Ms. Mariano and my dear ol’ son. Miss me, kids?”

Jay rolled her eyes.

“Oh, a lot.” Sarcasm dripping from every word.

“Don’t be a b*tch to your old friend…”

Keifer growled, thrashing against the ropes.

“This is between us! Don’t involve Jay!”

Kaizer’s grin sharpened.

“Actually… this isn’t about us, son. Didn’t she tell you?”

Jay’s voice turned sharp.

“Kaizer. Leave them. Now.”

“Where’s the fun in that?”

His tone twisted darker.

“I could leave them. If you compensate.”

“I owe you nothing,” Jay spat, fingers working at the ropes â€" a trick Angelo taught her.

Kaizer snapped.

“YOU DESTROYED ME, MARIANO! YOU TOOK EVERYTHING I BUILT!”

Silence.

Section E stared at her.

“Jay? What is he talking about?”

“What did you take? Jay, answer us!”

“I don’t know what you’re talking about,” she lied.

Kaizer leaned in, gripping her jaw, dragging her chair toward the others.

“Tell them, little actress. Tell them how you took my gang. How you killed my brother. Don’t they deserve to know?”

Jay exploded.

“IT WAS YOUR FAULT!”

Kaizer’s smile stretched into madness. He fired a bullet into the wall near Keifer’s head.

“That girl’s precious to you, isn’t she? What was her nameâ€"Bee? Beatrice. What if I put her on the line?”

Jay’s fear surfaced â€" not for herself, but for her Bee.

“Don’t you F*CKING DARE TOUCH HER!”

Kaizer chuckled.

“What’s so special about that maiden’s daughter? She’d make a lovely showpieceâ€"”

He didn’t finish.

Jay was free.

His gun stopped twirling.

“Smart and pretty, huh? You really are something.”

“I know, right? Here’s your return gift, gago.”

Her punch slammed into his jaw.

Chaos erupted.

She freed Keifer and Aries first, then the others.

They took down half the men â€" and Kaizer fled.

Everyone had questions.

She had no answers.

Not now.

She dialed a number.

“Hello, Alpha. What brings you?”

sorry guys ! I already wrote these chapters on inkitt so I just copy pasted it , it looks … a bit rough , but I promise I'll try to make it better for the future
