Chapter 1 - Chapter 1

Konoha 32, March 3.

The border between the Land of Fire and the Land of Rain, inside Konoha's camp.

Inside the commander's tent, behind the desk, the gloomy-looking Danzō Shimura stared at the scroll in his hands. Unlike his condition in the future, Danzō had not yet lost his arm and eye; he only had the ugly scar on his chin.

He raised his head and looked at the Root member wearing a dog mask who was kneeling on one knee before him. He placed the papers on the desk and asked in a cold tone,

"Are you sure he has a three-tomoe Sharingan!?"

"Yes, sir. We have confirmed it. Sean Uchiha awakened the Sharingan at the age of 11 and developed it into three tomoe when he reached the age of 14."

A sharp light flashed in Danzō's eyes when he heard that this Uchiha member had managed to develop the Sharingan into three tomoe in only three-four years. What did this mean!?

It meant that this member of the evil Uchiha Clan was extremely talented, and according to the absolute laws of Danzō Shimura, Sean Uchiha should not remain alive.

"Hmmm, if this child remains alive, he might awaken that power…"

The records about the absolute power of the Uchiha clan made his eyes become sharp. In his view, only in his hands could that power be used; anyone else possessing it was considered a threat that had to be eliminated.

"For the sake of Konoha, this threat must be eliminated…"

Danzō thought anxiously before raising his head and ordering,

"Make it look like a suicide. No one will suspect anything…"

After a brief thought, he added, since it was inappropriate to cause trouble at the moment due to the ongoing war,

"After removing his eyes, implant this two-tomoe Sharingan into him…"

He took out a small storage scroll from his pocket and threw it to the Root member.

Elsewhere, the person whom Danzō was plotting to kill and seize his eyes was currently lying inside a cell in the camp prison.

He had been imprisoned yesterday after arriving at the camp injured.

Four days ago, he had set out with many members of the Uchiha clan and some ninja from the village toward the Land of Rain, specifically toward the Konoha camp that Konoha had recently established there.

On their way there, they were ambushed by Rain ninja led by the most dangerous and powerful person in the Land of Rain, Hanzō of the Salamander.

Facing hundreds of Rain ninja and their leader Hanzō of the Salamander, who was at Kage level, there was barely any resistance.

Dozens died under Hanzō's hand alone. Even Sean himself barely survived; he suffered a severe injury that disabled one of his arms.

"You're really careless. If you had been a little later for treatment, you might have lost your arm completely…" said a young woman with blonde hair tied in a ponytail reproachfully while performing the Mystical Palm Technique.

Sean raised his eyebrows in a frown, looked at Tsunade's beautiful face, and sighed.

So this was what Tsunade looked like in her twenties , one of Konoha's greatest geniuses of this era, a disciple of the Third Hokage Hiruzen Sarutobi, and the heir of the Senju lineage. She had not yet fought Hanzō of the Salamander and had not yet earned the title of Sannin. It also seemed that she had not yet begun to develop in certain places. He lowered his gaze slightly before looking away.

"It's not like I don't want to heal. It's just that some people don't want that for me…"

Tsunade frowned when she heard the words of the blond-haired man whose hair color resembled hers.

Although she did not pay much attention to her classmates, she remembered that Sean had been a classmate of hers, and because his appearance and personality were rare within the Uchiha clan, it made him stand out from the rest.

"What do you mean!?" she asked with a frown, not fully understanding who exactly Sean was referring to.

"Some people don't want me to receive treatment, so all I could do was lie in this cold place helpless until you appeared like an angel…" Sean laughed at the last part of his sentence.

Tsunade rolled her eyes, thinking that this man was flirting with her, but in truth Sean did not mean it that way. Although Tsunade was beautiful and talented, he had no thoughts about her.

A trace of sadness appeared in his black eyes when he remembered the events of yesterday. Those events were still haunting him even in his sleep. A short while ago he had woken up terrified and made a noise that attracted Tsunade's attention, who was nearby. When she saw who it was, she immediately began treating him after seeing his poor condition.

Yesterday he had lost something dear to his heart and gained something else in return. No he had gained more than one thing.

Noji Uchiha, his childhood sweetheart and fiancée. He had intended to propose to her after this war ended, but he had not expected that this dream would end the moment he arrived at the battlefield.

Whenever he closed his eyes, he saw the image of Noji pushing him away from Hanzō of the Salamander's weapon and losing her life in exchange for saving him. That event stimulated him, and he ended up awakening two things.

The first was the absolute power of the Uchiha clan , the dream of every member: the Mangekyo Sharingan.

The second thing was even more valuable: the memories of his previous life. He was called Sean, but he was not from this world; he came from a certain blue planet where this current world was merely a manga story.

For some reason he had been transported to this world 19 years ago, but he had not been aware of it, as if his memories had been sealed. Even after recovering them, he still could not understand how he had arrived here.

Because of the stimulus he experienced, those memories hidden deep within him awakened. Due to his new power, he managed to escape the pursuit of the Rain ninja until he reached the camp, where he was arrested. After all, he could not explain how he had survived while the others had not. He did not want to reveal his new power, the Mangekyo Sharingan, especially after recovering his memories and realizing the danger that pursued members of the Uchiha clan.

The misleading ancestor, the ghost of the Uchiha, Madara Uchiha, and the dog Danzō Shimura.

Speaking of the latter, Sean had a suspicion that he was the one who leaked the information and the location to the forces that were heading toward them. The reason was simple: those forces contained many Uchiha members, most of them genin; only he and Noji were jonin.

Tsunade stopped the Mystical Palm Technique and stitched the wound. When she finished, she took out some bandages from her side pouch and wrapped the wound.

Because of Sean's current weakness, she could not heal him all at once. She could not stimulate his cells too much, so she only treated the critical parts, such as reconnecting the blood vessels and removing fragments of broken bone.

She tied the bandage and said,

"I don't know what you're talking about. It's better for you to rest a little. You're suffering from severe blood loss in addition to heavy exhaustion in your chakra pathways…"

"I heard you're the only survivor from the reinforcements coming from Konoha!? What exactly happened?"
