Levi had only just captured the Silver Metang when the Pokétch on his wrist suddenly began to ring.
A familiar face instantly filled the screen.
"Son!"
His father's round face still handsome despite the slight chubbiness that had appeared over the years completely occupied the display.
Leon looked extremely excited.
Before Levi could respond, another figure abruptly pushed into view.

His mother, Wen Hui, elbowed Leon out of the frame with practiced efficiency.
When the two of them stood together, most people assumed Leon came from some wealthy aristocratic family. His posture and demeanor carried a natural elegance.

Across the counter stood the familiar figure every Trainer recognized.

Nurse Joy's eyes widened slightly.

Her expression carried genuine surprise.

Over the past months, many injured Pokémon had been brought here after losing battles against that same Silver Metang.

She turned slightly.

The pink Chansey beside her patted its chest confidently.
While waiting in the Pokémon Center lobby, Levi finally focused on the strange System that had appeared earlier.
A glowing exclamation mark hovered in his vision.
