I shouldn't have gone downstairs.
You would've gone too.
Don't lie.
The house was dark except for the kitchen light.
It flickered. I was scared shitless that time.. Do you think it's funny don't you.. Hehehe look behind you...
Didn't see anything?? Well whatever
So at that time I screamed for my mom
"Moooommmmmm"
No answer came...
I went towards the sound and The smell hit me first.
Metallic.
Thick.
Warm.
You know that smell. Don't you?? Ghahaha
I stepped into the kitchen.
And that's when I saw her.
My mom was standing at the counter.
Her back to me.
Her shoulders moving slightly.
Like she was chopping vegetables.
Except she wasn't using a knife.
Her hands were red.
Thick red.
And on the counter—
There was meat.
But not the kind we buy.
It had fingers.
Small fingers.
I didn't scream.
I couldn't.
Because she slowly turned around.
And her eyes…met mine.." Holy fuck" I screamed..I was gonna punch her hard but my instinct told me' not to..
Her eyes were empty. Not white, not black.
Just gone.Like someone erased them.
"Leonard," she said softly, warm & motherly
Her voice was normal but strangely I got goosebumps hearing it
"Why are you awake?"
Hearing this my body screamed me to run but I was frozen
You see?
You'd be frozen too.
I could feel it, she wasn't my mom.. Something unknown and ghastly thing has taken her body
She came at me with a crazed grin and a knife. I thought I was dead. I pinched myself, forcing my body to break its paralysis, but by the time I could move, she was already there.
But I ran so fast in that moment—it was as if something else took control of my legs. A primal instinct kicked in, and I was moving before I could even think..... That was so close..
