That evening Alexander took Emily to a luxury restaurant.
"This is our first public date," he explained.
Emily stared at the crowd of reporters outside.
"You mean performance."
Alexander nodded.

Inside the restaurant everything looked elegant.

Soft music.
Expensive food.
Emily felt out of place.
Alexander noticed.
"You're nervous."
Emily whispered.
"Everyone is watching."
Alexander reached across the table and gently took her hand.

"Relax," he said quietly.
"Smile."
