A detective story always demands a crime. However, in a world with no crime, it becomes quite challenging. But never impossible.
The small country of Yelen was a country which had 0 crimes streak since the last 9 years. It was a reassuring fact for the citizens but a nail-bitting, frustrating fact for Orion Winters.
How can a world have absolutely no crimes at all? The monarchy boasted with confidence, "We will give you a secure life. Put all your trust on us." It did. The people were satisfied.
But everything has a cost.
Security in Yelen came with a cost of privacy, silently from the shadows, out of anyone's notice.
Nonetheless the crime resistant streak continued without a break.

A detective story always demands a crime. However, in a world with no crime, it becomes quite challenging. But never impossible if someone deliberately tries to break it. That was the point where Orion Winters became a threat to the Red Scorpion—the hidden organization that had prevented crimes for so long.
