Chapter 10 - Chapter 10: The Reality of the Office

Raju's first day at the office was unforgettable.

He wore his cleanest shirt, carefully ironed the night before. His hands were slightly cold as he entered the small private company building. It was not a large corporate office, but to him, it felt like a milestone.

The office had rows of computers and a few glass cabins. His job was simple: entering data accurately and maintaining digital records.

At first, he made small mistakes. The supervisor corrected him strictly.

"Be careful. Accuracy matters," the supervisor said.

Raju felt embarrassed but did not argue. He stayed late to practice. Slowly, his speed improved. His typing became faster and more accurate.

But office life was not only about work.

He noticed competition among employees. Some colleagues were friendly, while others were insecure. A few tried to shift their workload onto him. Once, a senior blamed him for an error he had not made.

Earlier in life, such situations would have broken his confidence. But now he handled them calmly. He learned to speak respectfully but firmly.

Struggles had made him stronger.
