Chapter 8 - The Last Packet of Color

The morning of Holi arrived with bright sunshine and happy sounds everywhere. Children were running around with colors and water balloons. Music was playing in the streets and people were laughing loudly.

In a small house lived a boy named Ravi and his little sister Pihu. They were very excited to play Holi, but they had only one small packet of color.

Ravi looked at the packet and said, "We must use it carefully."

Pihu nodded happily.

They went outside and saw their friends playing with many bright colors. Some had red, green, and yellow powders. Ravi and Pihu felt a little shy because they had only one packet.

Just then they saw an old man sitting alone near the road. He was watching the children play, but no one had gone to him.

Pihu whispered, "Maybe he also wants to play Holi."

Ravi smiled and said, "Let's share our color with him."

They walked to the old man and said, "Happy Holi, Grandpa!"

Ravi gently put a little color on his forehead. The old man's eyes filled with tears, but he smiled warmly.

He said, "Thank you, children. I have been living alone for many years. No one has wished me Holi like this before."

Soon the other children noticed them and came running. They also started putting colors on the old man and wished him Happy Holi.

The place filled with laughter and joy.

When Ravi and Pihu returned home, they realized something beautiful.

Even though they had only one small packet of color, they had made someone's day full of happiness.

🌈 Message: The real color of Holi is sharing happiness and kindness with others.
