The Body That Spoke in Silence" 🌱
Arjun was a busy man. Every morning, he rushed past the sunrise, skipped breakfast, and drowned himself in work. His phone never slept, and neither did his mind.
One day, something unusual happened.
As Arjun sat at his desk late at night, he heard a soft voice.
"Why don't you listen to me anymore?"
He looked around. No one was there.
"Down here," the voice said gently.
Arjun looked at himself.
"Who… who are you?" he asked.
"I'm your body," the voice replied.
Arjun laughed nervously. "My body doesn't talk."
"It used to," the body said. "You just stopped listening."
That night, for the first time in years, Arjun noticed things.
His eyes burned from staring at screens all day.
His stomach felt heavy from irregular meals.
His back ached from hours of sitting.
And his heart… it felt tired.
"Remember when you used to walk in the park?" the body asked.
Arjun smiled faintly. "Yes… I used to feel light."
"You fed me fresh food, gave me rest, and moved with joy," the body continued. "Now you feed me stress, hurry, and neglect."
Arjun sat quietly.
"I thought success meant working non-stop," he whispered.
"And I supported you," the body said kindly. "But even the strongest machine needs care. I'm not just carrying you—I am you."
