Inside the bustling city of Willows town, men and women, young and old were thriving back and forth, car horns echoed in different directions, Street stalls lights Shone brightly making the streets more fun and lively. In a shady old two storey building, deep inside the city, the lifeless body of a woman in her late thirties layed motionless on the bare floor, with her own blood oozing out uncontrollably from the back of her head , the culprit immediately out of shock dropped the small dager and staggered closer to the lifeless body before him, squatting down, placed two fingers closer to the woman's nostrils to feel her breath, realising that the woman was dead, gasping in shock the person took to his Heels.
" Mom!! Am home.....am so hungry!!!!! ", a boy's voice echoed inside the sitting room, noticing that a respond didn't come he immediately went into his room changed into his comfy wears , stepping into the kitchen to check on his mom....but what his eyes meet was far beyond what he was expecting.
Unique, a twelve years old boy, happily living with his divorced Mom meet the worse day of his life, his mom was murdered by an unknown person, and his dad although been divorced with his mom still takes his responsibility as a father, occasionally he had come and meet them both together because the were adults he dates not interfere with their business, but on this day his unable to connect with his dad, his line suddenly went unreachable. Unique cried, wailed, reached out to his neighbours who then helped him call the police.
The case was investigated for more than three months yet, no clues were found. His maternal relatives came to stay with him till his mom was finally laid to rest.
The night his mom was buried, his mom's elder sister went into the kitchen to make dinner, she wanted to pick a knife when something fell off, she bent down to pick the object....but the next moment she started screaming. Unique immediately rushed in to know what was happening along with other relatives, he meet his aunt screaming and pointing towards one direction, curiously he bent down as well, under the kitchen table laid a black dagger stained in blood, without thinking twice he immediately brought the object out, he believed it to be the weapon used in murdering his mom, everyone gasped in shock, the police was called and they took the sample for further investigation.
Three days past, as early as eight am, unique who was having insomnia sat on his bed, looking up to the ceiling...soon a knock came in, he immediately sprang to the door to check who was knocking...lo and behold it was the police, this time they aren't looking friendly.....
" With the sample we took to analyse the culprit fingerprint, your fingerprint was the only thing detected, and we're here to bring you with us for further investigation".
" I beg your pardon, what are you insinuating...are you trying to accuse me of killing my mom!!!!!!! , like what made you think I would murder my own mom in such a brutal way.....where is the law!!!!!!?...I think you are targeting the wrong person here.....mom!!!!!!!!!!!".....
. unique cried his eyes out trying to prove himself innocent, but unfortunately he was taken along with them and he was asked to remain silent and was permitted the right to ask for a lawyer.
After detaining and questioning him for 48hrs he realised because no solid evidence was provided, the case was to be reopened, when the boy was old enough .
Eight years past, unique who barely finished his high school was sent out by his aunt because he complained to his aunt about being raped by his son. The aunt claiming he was accusing his son of rape angrily sent him out. Unique wandered alone, with nobody to run to , his mom was gone, his dad was nowhere to be found he couldn't even reach him on call his only related relative, just sent him out even when he was the one been molested... unique cried and cursed the day he was born.
Unique wandered the street of Willows looking hungry and Haggard, despite his condition he still attract the two different genders because his beauty was something that can never be hidden nor matter the rate of mud been plastered on him, that was his only weak point. Trying to tie his shoe , something hit him from behind, he gasped in pain while looking to the direction of what just got him....a tall figure, few years older than him, just a single glance of him made him feel so inferior though he was covered in dust and his hair was a little bit messy although not far worse from him but his aura was so dominating....he just hit him with the truck he was pushing, after picking up his fallen items, he realised that he just hit someone looking up an angelic face stated worriedly at him making him to loose his composure, his big puppy eyes stared at him and he swallowed hard.
