Chapter 1 - *Chapter 1: The Awakening*

Thousands of years ago, humanity crossed the event horizon of a black hole, venturing into worlds beyond comprehension.

Every discovery, every skill, every secret was recorded in an infinite library called the BABLYON, a realm of floating archives stretching across dimensions.

But as human greed would have it the Civilization fractured. Greed and ambition tore humanity apart. Some regressed to medieval-like life, others reduced to harnessing mere stats for survival

**CUT TO: PLANET ERYNDOR – MORNING**

The camera sweeps down from the violet glow of the Dyson Array, past floating skyships carving arcs of light across the sky, down to the small town of AURELITH. Cobblestone streets glimmer faintly from residual ether energy beneath. Children chase metal-feathered birds, merchants push carts pulsing softly with power, and distant energy beams hum like the heartbeat of the planet.

//NARRATOR (V.O.)

And this… is me.///

**INT. LIAN'S BEDROOM – MORNING**

LIAN, or i guess I should say I , just sixteen, was slowly waking up beneath a rough quilt. My eyes flutter open to sunlight spilling through a cracked window. Posters of skyships and constellations cover his walls. On my desk, a holographic Dyson Array model rotates lazily, casting soft light.

MIRA (little sister, off-screen)

Lian! You're going to miss breakfast if you don't get up!

LIAN (grumbling)

I'M Awake… sort of.

I swings my legs over the edge of the bed, rubbing my eyes. Energy veins along my wrist glimmer faintly my identity line, dormant for sixteen years, waiting for today.

///LIAN (NA)

Sixteen. That's my age. Today. Was The Awakening Ceremony.///

I stand and stretch , glancing around the modest room. The hum of the Dyson Array outside mingles with the faint hiss of hovering tools from my father's workshop below.

NORA (mother,calling from kitchen)

Eat something before you step out. Don't faint from excitement before you even reach the plaza.

LOYD(father,from dining table)

And try not to break anything. The Library isn't a toy to play with.

I smirk faintly, grabbing a slice of warm bread. The familiar smells of morning—the dough, the roasting herbs—somehow calm me. But only a little.

///LIAN (NA.)

I'm supposed to act normal but let's be honest me at 16.... Ha...that's not happening

///

**EXT. TOWN SQUARE – MORNING**

I step into the streets with my friends, Taro and Kael. Taro balances a glowing orb in his palms, making it spin like a miniature star. Kael flicks a coin into the air, leaving a faint streak of light.

TARO

So… any guesses? What kind of skill do you think the Bablyon will give you?

KAEL

I'm hoping flashy. Fire, lightning… maybe even something like teleportation or time-sense.

LIAN

Yeah… and I'll probably get "Master of Vegetables."

Taro laughs.

TARO

Hey, don't underestimate it. Wars have been fought over crops, apparently.

I chuckle, trying to ignore the tension coiling in my stomach. Today, names would be called, and each youth would enter the BABLYON, where the AI would judge their potential. No one outside would know what skill anyone received until they returned.

KAEL

They say the Library doesn't even show you what others got. Makes it… nerve-wracking.

LIAN

Fantastic. Walk into infinite space, face a cosmic AI, and hope it doesn't decide I'm useless.

We laugh nervously. I spot other people already gathering near the plaza's central fountain. The air vibrates faintly with ether energy, and even from this distance, the hum of anticipation is tangible.

---

**EXT. TOWN PLAZA – MIDDAY**

The plaza is crowded. Merchants have paused their work, children are hushed, and families form tight clusters, watching the square with anxious eyes. Elder Armin floats near the crystal fountain, his robes glowing faintly. Huge Rings spin above him, orbiting like miniature planets.

My gaze shifts to the Podium where Mayor Varin approaches, his daughter at his side. I wave—Mr.Varin has been a family friend of ours for years, often inviting me to observe small town affairs.

///LIAN (NA)

Mayor Varin… always serious, always fair. And today, he started it all.

///

The mayor steps to the center of the plaza, daughter at his side. The crowd hushes. He raises his hand, and the murmurs fade to whispers.

MAYOR VARIN

People of Aurelith! Today, our youth awaken. Each of you carries potential. Some may seem small, some great—but every role matters. Every skill, every effort, every life shapes the future. Never think yourself too small or insignificant.

The crowd murmurs approval. I straighten up, heart pounding. Taro and Kael glance at me, giving small nods of encouragement.

MAYOR VARIN

The ceremony begins. I will call your names, one by one. Step forward when called. Approach the portal with courage. Let the BABLYON decide your skill.

---

**THE NAME-CALLING BEGINS**

The first name echoes across the plaza:

"Nia of Aurelith!"

A girl step into the platform,not anyone I recognise

Then Mr.varin activates the rings turning them into portals or atleast that's what I assume.

He tells her to step through the portal.

Then he calls the second name, it goes on until I hear a familiar name

"Taro of AURELITH!"

Taro steps forward, waving briefly at me before walking onto the glowing platform. The portal shimmers. A faint aura of light ripples where he stands, then vanishes into the Library. A hush sweeps through the plaza.

"Kael of Aurelith!"

Kael exhales, I nod at him assuring him, and then he steps forward. Light swirls around him as he disappears.

The crowd watches in awe, whispers of prayers and encouragement brushing the air.

///LIAN (NA)

One by one… everyone I knew stepped forward. Friends, neighbors, even the mayor's daughter. Each vanished into the unknown, leaving behind only traces of light.

///

"Mira of Aurelith!" my little sister a few months younger is called. She waves nervously, stepping toward the portal. She raises her hand towards me as her aura glows faintly, lingering briefly before fading.

**MAYOR VARIN**

And now… Lian of Aurelith!

The plaza feels as though it has fallen silent , as if all eyes were turning to me.

Here it comes. My name. My turn. And after this… everything changes.

I step forward. The glowing platform hums under my feet. The portal ripples like liquid light, a window into The BABLYON. I breathes deeply, trying to calm the storm of nerves inside me.

No one knows what waits. Only the Library. Only the AI. And soon… it will know me.

A shimmering light flows from the portal, reflecting off my clothes, painting my face with hues of violet and gold. My heart races. The platform hums in harmony with the portal above. I swallow, taking the first step forward, leaving the town plaza behind.

**EXT. INTERSTELLAR LIBRARY – CONTINUOUS**

I emerges into the BABLYON.

The scale is incomprehensible. Buildings made of library shelves (think interstellar). as far as the eye can see every one filled with books there must be trillions of those i say to myself Everything hums with knowledge, a pulse of civilizations long gone,ling broken apart,waiting to be claimed.

Then I see something from the corner of my eyes, turning towards it i see

The AI manifests as a constellation of pulsing nodes, each radiating intelligence, awareness, and intent. Its presence is not threatening, but overwhelming, brushing against my mind.

AI :

Welcome, Lian. Today, your potential is measured. Today, you are chosen.

I exhale, feeling the Library lean toward me, waiting. The first step of my journey into true power, into awakening, begins here.
