Huang Bo Lin put down his pen. With a kindly smile, he reached out and stroked his daughter's head.
Looking at his daughter's face, he was reminded of his wife.
"I'm sorry, Zhi, Dad hasn't found him yet," Huang Bo Lin said apologetically.
When Huang Wan Zhi heard this, her cute little face immediately puffed out in a pout.
"Dad, there's actually someone you can't find? Did he leave the Capital Star?"
As she spoke, a sad expression washed over Huang Wan Zhi's face, completely replacing her previous cheerfulness.
Seeing his daughter's distress, Huang Bo Lin pressed his lips together, internally debating whether he should tell her who the person was.
Huang Wan Zhi reached out, grabbed her father's sleeve, and looked up at him with her big, sparkling eyes, pleading, "Dad, please help me find him."
"If he hadn't pulled me back that day, I would've really fallen into that ornamental lake."
