Beast tides are generally caused by one of two things.
First, a passive migration caused by a Beast King or a cultivator purposefully driving out an overpopulation of Demon Beasts from a specific region.
Second, an active migration where Demon Beasts move of their own accord, lured by Celestial and Earthly Treasures or driven by changes in food supply, climate, or habitat.
Therefore.
By exploiting these two principles, anyone could easily incite a massive beast tide.
And that was exactly what the Mist Rain Tower had done.
They weren't using ordinary fresh blood, but Essence Blood refined from mortals, cultivators, and beasts. They had struck the Spiritual Boats in the sky, turning them into what the Demon Beasts saw as Spirit Treasures, targets, and food!
Then, with the activation of a Magical Artifact...
...they created a beast tide that swept across the entire state.
