Zheng Xiu struggled to pull his legs out of the mire. He knew that the more people died, the more "flowers" would bloom, and the faster the Darkness would spread. Just then, a bald head flew through the sky, flailing wildly.
Fan Yao's laughter died on his lips. He stared intently at the bald man, and in the next second, black markings surfaced from within his body, dyeing him black.
"This damn cage can't hold me!"

Fan Yao bellowed, and as if his voice carried some kind of Magic Power, Zheng Xiu's Bird Cage twisted and ripped open, clearing a path.
Zheng Xiu gritted his teeth, a sharp pain lancing through his brow as he tried and failed to summon his Deceitful Object. Seeing Zheng Xiu make a move, Fan Yao turned back again and gave him a slight smile. "Sink! Sink! Sink!"
With every word Fan Yao spoke, his voice grew hoarser, until his mouth was filled with blood by the end.
