Baguda's trip to Dragon Country didn't last long. In Tianzhou City, with the help of Qingfeng Network Company and the connections of people Lu Feng previously controlled, the negotiations to assist with building a high-speed rail system were quickly finalized.
In truth, it didn't need to be so complicated. They could have secured the aid even through normal channels, as the project would increase Dragon Country's prestige and generate foreign exchange.
Dragon Country was likely looking to close the distance with the Xuanfeng Alliance, and besides, they had a natural advantage.
There were far too many people of Dragon Country descent in the Xuanfeng Alliance.
Upon returning to the Xuanfeng Alliance, Baguda immediately announced the results of the negotiations in a press release.
The public was ecstatic to learn that Dragon Country's high-speed rail construction teams would soon be arriving in the Xuanfeng Alliance.
