After hearing the report, Nex immediately adjusted his communicator and gave another command. "The first step was a success. Team two, move out. I want you to launch a surprise attack on the urban district not far from the beach. Create chaos and draw away some of the remaining guards."
He knew very well that once chaos erupted in the urban district near the beach, the guards on the beach would be the closest rescue force.
It was highly likely that a wave of guards from the beach would be dispatched. Then, he would have a third move: create chaos on the beach itself to tie up the remaining guards. After that, he could lead his men to raid the cruise ship with little resistance. It would all fall into place.
A voice immediately came back over the communicator. "Boss Nex, we've reached the designated beach. We're about to go stir up trouble in the urban district. Just wait for my good news."
