Yasna watched the group rush in frantically. His brow furrowed. "What's wrong? Why the rush?"
One of them immediately said, "Mr. Yasna, something major has happened! Boya's network has crashed. We can't get online at all."
The others chimed in:
"Our banking system has crashed too! It's completely unusable."
"The utility systems are down too, and we can't process any tax payments."
"..."
"It's chaos out there. The phones at every government office are ringing off the hook."
As his men reported, Yasna's expression turned grim.
'In this internet age, for something like this to happen... isn't this sending Boya back to the dark ages?'
He immediately opened his computer and tried to get online. Sure enough, he couldn't connect. The network was completely down.
One man said with a frown, "Mr. Yasna, the cybersecurity team says we've likely been hit by a hacker attack. And whoever it is, they're good. Our people can't handle it."
