Several days passed. The yellow sand still filled the sky, and that scorching sun remained high above, as if it had never set for all of eternity.
By the standards of the outside world, several days had gone by. But here in this Desert Sea of endless yellow sand, the viciously scorching sun hadn't changed in the slightest. There wasn't even the normal phenomenon of sunrise and sunset.
It was as if night simply didn't exist in this Desert Sea, a place that had caught Chu Mu off guard and sent a chill down his spine.
The sun blazed. "Vicious" was no longer enough to describe its rays. The heat was almost searing. Even with Chu Mu's body, which had long since become Extraordinary and shed its mortal coil, he couldn't help but feel the faint sensation of being burned.
But all this scorching heat could do little to suppress the chill in Chu Mu's heart.
