Let me share a little about the journey of writing this book.
I spent about half a year just outlining the plot. Then, on February 15th, I uploaded the first chapter, full of confidence. Unfortunately, because this is a slow-burn story, its initial performance was very mediocre. When it was pitted against other books in competitions, its stats were almost always at the bottom, and I seriously considered dropping the project more than once.
