A golden light flickered around the Great Tang Emperor. His entire being, even his aura, seemed to merge as one with the Sacrificial Altar.
WHOOSH!
Then, with a flick of his Hand Technique, a golden light flared on the Sacrificial Altar, condensing into the shape of a pen.
The pen was formed from coalesced golden light, as if condensed from the Emperor's Qi itself, and it held a supreme might.
It was a power that made one's soul tremble for no reason.
This was the Emperor's Pen!
"Serving Heaven and Accepting Destiny!" As the Holy Decree manifested in the air, the deep words issued from the Great Tang Emperor's mouth.
Then, with a thought, Emperor's Qi immediately began to condense above the Golden Dragon Altar, ready to be infused into the golden Holy Decree.
At the same time, the Great Tang Emperor held the Emperor's Pen and wrote upon the Void, guiding the condensed Emperor's Qi to brand itself onto the Holy Decree.
