For transportation, the maglev Star Dome Gondola traversed the entire area. Small Hoverbikes and Flying Cars were also available for rent. If renting, there was no need to worry about safety or traffic accidents.
These vehicles were exclusively for park use, so their speeds were relatively low. Plus, they were equipped with an automatic collision avoidance system, making it virtually impossible to crash.
In addition to manual controls, they also had an autopilot feature. Regardless of which mode was used, there was no need to worry, even if a child was at the controls.
As for dining... well, the prices were rather steep.
