On the Moon, construction began on a new Underground City. It was located over 1,200 kilometers from Guanghan City and was named "Jade Rabbit City."
Jade Rabbit City was also designed to house a population of 20 million.
During the construction of Guanghan City, Zhao Xueqing and Lei Xiaohui had assigned a special team to document the entire process of the city's creation from scratch. This included the assembly of the Helium-3 controlled nuclear fusion reactors, the finishing of the residential and commercial districts, the construction and operation of the underground farms, and scenes of immigrants arriving as Aerospace Carriers landed at the lunar spaceport. After all, this was the first time in human history that a city was built on such a massive scale on the Moon—a megacity designed for 20 million people.
