Shen Haoran's idea and goal were simple: to unite the Fox Race, the Vermilion Bird Race, the Cyan Dragon Race, the Black Tortoise Race, and the Medicine Hall into an inseparable alliance bound by mutual interests. This way, if the Fox Race ever faced hardship, the other four major influences would absolutely not stand idly by. Moreover, with the help of these four powers, the Fox Race's future development could avoid a great deal of unnecessary trouble.
With this in mind, Shen Haoran began traveling relentlessly between these four major influences to negotiate with their Patriarchs. Thanks to his efforts, the four powers finally reached an agreement with the Fox Race.
