The Qing Zhu Association had already secretly infiltrated the Pharmaceutical Instrument Master's Guild. If Master Chen didn't respond with swift and decisive action at this point, it could very well lead to a schism within the Guild.
Looking at the high-ranking members present, Master Chen said coolly, "Everyone, we have now cleaned out the Eastern Domain headquarters, but who can guarantee that the other branches in the Eastern Domain haven't also been infiltrated by the Qing Zhu Association?"
Hearing Master Chen's words, no one spoke. If even the headquarters had been infiltrated to this extent, the situation in the branches was likely even worse.
Without waiting for their replies, Master Chen continued, "A great war in the Eastern Domain is about to erupt. It will be difficult for our Pharmaceutical Instrument Master's Guild to remain uninvolved in this turmoil. Therefore, we must join the Flawless Palace's alliance and fight the Qing Zhu Association together."
