Chapter 2: The Village Magic Academy

The next day, Ukko woke up early, bid farewell to his parents, and headed to the village's magic academy.

To popularize magic education, the Element Kingdom established magic academies in every village. The quality of teachers and teaching varied greatly in these academies, but for those common children without a background, it was the only way to access magical knowledge.

The Emerald Village Magic Academy was a dilapidated stone building, consisting of only one classroom and a simple playground. There was only one teacher in the academy, named Bart, an old magician over half a century old.

Bart was an adventurer in his youth, traveling around and witnessing all kinds of magic. But because of his limited talent, he was never able to break through the bottleneck, and eventually chose to return to his hometown and become a teacher at a village magic academy.

When Ukko arrived at the academy, the classroom was already full of students. Most of these students were children from the village, aged between five and ten. Their faces were filled with longing and desire for magic.

Bart stood on the platform, cleared his throat, and began his lesson.

Bart first explained the classification and characteristics of elemental magic. He told the children that elemental magic was divided into five categories: gold, wood, water, fire, and earth, and each element had its unique attributes and uses.

"Water element is the most gentle of the five elements. It has the characteristics of nourishing all things and healing injuries. But at the same time, the water element also has powerful attack power, which can be transformed into a monstrous wave, destroying everything."

While explaining, Bart demonstrated the use of water elemental magic. He gently tapped with his wand, and a drop of water floated in the air, crystal clear.

"The cultivation of water elemental magic requires patience and perseverance. You must learn to control the flow of the water element and master the water..."
