Chapter 14 - Chapter 14 The Death of Case

Chapter 14 The Death of Case

Boculus's feathers stood upright like a magnificent yet dangerous suit of armor.

"Tychus, I'll say it one last time, get out of the way! Otherwise, you too will sleep forever in this forest!" Bogurus shouted angrily from the sky.

"Impossible!" Tychus replied with a death-defying resolve.

The leaves in the forest shimmered through the branches, their foliage sparkling in the sunlight.

A patch of green, but it was scattered by the breeze.

It turned into specks of dust.

Boculus was the first to flap his wings, causing a strong wind to rise.

The leaves blown down by the wind flew swiftly toward Tychus like blades.

The golden humans, blessed by the Titans, are physically strong and their skin is difficult to cut.

The blades only left small red marks when they grazed Tychus's skin.

For Tychus, it was like a tickle.

Nevertheless, Tychus began his counterattack.

He picked up a stone from the ground and then threw it violently.

The stone was covered with golden energy unique to humans.

Bogurus did not expect that Tychus, a golden human, would attack him.

Before he could react, he was hit by a stone thrown by Tychus.

The unique energy emanating from that stone dealt a severe blow to Boguras.

His abdomen, with its magnificent feathers falling down, revealed a patch of bare skin, where the stone was lodged.

There is no denying that Tychus used deadly force.

However, the gods have a strong ability to heal themselves, and before long, Boculus, who had just been baring his teeth, returned to his angry expression.

The skin around the wound slowly healed, but the feathers had not yet grown back, and the bald appearance once again enraged Bogurus.

Boculus activated the awakened divinity.

The awakened divinity combined with the musical divinity of Tima's blessing, and a series of high-pitched cries resounded.

It kept stinging Tychus's ears.

Golden blood flowed down the contours of his ear.

"Ah!" Tychus screamed in pain as he landed on the ground.

But his whole body was tense.

His flushed skin testified to the suffering he was going through.

He clenched his fists and gritted his teeth.

After a long wait, Boculus's cries finally stopped.

The prolonged chirping caused some damage to Bogurus's throat.

Sweat also spread across his forehead.

Even the wings of the aircraft trembled slightly.

His hoarse voice was full of arrogance: "You, will you move aside or not!"

"No... I won't allow it!" Tychus bit his lower lip and shouted with all his might.

"Are you really willing to give your life for a fellow human who has died?" Boculus asked, still unwilling to give up.

"I... am willing. If... I can't even protect this one of my own kind... then... then why should I live on this earth... among golden humans!" He gasped for breath and finally said what he wanted to say.

"You, you are really unreasonable."

"madness!"

"Utterly foolish!" Bogulus shouted angrily.

They've even stopped maintaining their Titanic airs.

"Since you are so determined to die, then I will grant your wish!"

Bogurus activated the feathers all over his body, which detached from him one by one, slowly merging with divine power, and then floated behind him, forming a circular array.

"Humans! Die!" Bogulus unleashed his divine power, and his divine feathers lashed out like sharp swords.

The sound of something cutting through the air rang out.

"call out!"

"call out!"

"call out!"

Tychus slowly straightened his body and stood up.

With arms outstretched, he faced death with an air of composure.

'Father of Iapetus, I have come.'

"stop!
