The next morning, black cars arrived at the academy gates.
Not government.
Not hunters.
Guild.
The strongest private guild in the region.
The Obsidian Circle.
Their leader stepped out.
Tall. Calm. Dangerous.
"We're here for Arjun Verma."
The academy buzzed.
Kabir clenched his fists.
Arjun walked forward slowly.
The guild leader studied him.
"You have potential."
He extended a contract.
"Join us. We'll make you unstoppable."
Before Arjun could respond—
The system window appeared.

Hostility?
Arjun looked into the guild leader's eyes.
For a moment—
He saw greed.
Not mentorship.
Not partnership.
They didn't want to train him.
They wanted to control him.
Arjun smiled faintly.
"I'll think about it."

As they drove away—
The system flashed again.
