INT. DEEP UNDERGROUND CHAMBER – NIGHT
The group moves into a vast, cathedral-like chamber, cavernous and dripping with black water. Stalactites hang like jagged teeth. The red glow of the portal from ACT THREE spills into the room.
VINCENT
Keep your guard up. Everything here is a weapon.
CARLA
And everything wants to kill us.
DIMA
I like my odds better with guns than whispers.
The chamber trembles. Shadows slither along the walls, moving unnaturally. Mikey tightens his grip on his gun.
MIKEY
I hate this. I'm not saying it twice.
THE DUNGEON STRIKES
From the darkness, multiple creatures emerge — humanoid but twisted, some winged, some limbed in impossible ways. Their eyes glow faintly, predatory.
VINCENT
Back to back! Move as one!
The group opens fire. The creatures dodge and twist unnaturally. One lunges at Dima's man — he's thrown across the chamber.
CARLA
(firing)
Aim for the glowing parts!
The group starts coordinated attacks, following Vincent's leadership. Bullets and knives connect. Creatures scream, shriek, and vanish into the shadows when injured.
INTENSE CLOSE QUARTER COMBAT
Mikey is pinned by a creature.
MIKEY
(terrified)
I don't want to die here!
Vincent lunges, stabbing the creature with his knife. It hisses, retreats. Carla fires at another one creeping from the shadows.
DIMA
We need to get out…
The portal pulses violently. It seems to react to the creatures, glowing brighter.
CARLA
It's feeding them! Or drawing them in!
VINCENT
We end this. Now.
MORAL CRUCIBLE
They reach the portal. A voice booms, deep and unnatural — THE WARDEN.
WARDEN (O.S.)
Choose. One life to save all the rest… or none.
The group looks around — the portal shows one figure caught on a rocky ledge: it's Petrov's partially transformed body from ACT TWO.
MIKEY
What do we do?!
CARLA
He's… gone.
VINCENT
We don't leave anyone behind.
DIMA
If we go in, we all risk death.
The creatures surge closer, screaming. The portal pulses, energy ripping the walls.
VINCENT
(gritting his teeth)
We go in. Together.
INT. PORTAL – MOMENT OF TRANSITION
They step into the swirling red portal. Light and darkness collide. Shapes of monsters, tunnels, and other horrors flash around them.
MIKEY
(shrieking)
This is f***ing insane!
The portal closes behind them with a thunderous boom. Silence falls.
INT. UNKNOWN MYTHICAL DUNGEON – NIGHT
The group lands in a new, twisted landscape — towering obsidian pillars, rivers of molten light, floating islands. Monsters prowl in the distance.
CARLA
(looking around)
Where… are we?
VINCENT
Wherever it wants us.
DIMA
It's bigger than we thought.
Mikey trembles, staring at the alien landscape.
MIKEY
I'm gonna need a drink… or twelve.
They start moving cautiously, weapons ready. The dungeon seems endless, alive, and hungry.
The camera pans high above: hundreds of glowing eyes watch from the darkness. The dungeon is watching, calculating, and waiting.
CLOSE-UP – VINCENT
Vincent wipes blood from his hand, looks at the group: Carla, Mikey, Dima, and the remaining soldiers.
VINCENT
Welcome… to Fugazi.
The camera pulls back as the group disappears into the alien landscape. The sound of dripping water, distant screams, and the WARDEN's laughter echoing fills the chamber.
FADE OUT.
