The man laughed mockingly and said, "As a mere mechanic, you're giving me orders? Do you know who owns this file? He is the kingmaker of this city!"
Kai gave a crooked smile. He pulled a broken old phone out of his pocket and typed a command on the screen. Within a few seconds, the man's Phone began to vibrate violently.
