"Officer Jenny, do we not need to go help?"
A student who looked serious and quiet heard the sound of a hard fight from far away. She asked Officer Jenny with worry.
She was Roxanne, the Gym Leader of the Rustboro City Gym.
Roxanne was confused when she got the call from Officer Jenny. Why did they need to move the citizens away so fast?
Then she learned the truth. There was a battle between the Hoenn League and the evil group, Team Rocket.
Roxanne was the Gym Leader of Rustboro City. She wanted to help her city.
However...
"Going there will only cause trouble for Steven and the others. The enemies are very powerful Team Rocket Executives. Our job is just to make sure no citizens go into that area."
Officer Jenny looked very serious. She felt a bit helpless.
She was also upset. she wanted to help because she was a police officer.

"Earthquake." Damian smiled.
Mega Tyranitar roared loudly. It also hit the ground hard with its foot. A strong Earthquake moved forward to hit Nidoking's attack.

The two Earthquakes hit each other. Finally, it was quiet again.
Metagross was very fast because of Bullet Punch. it reached Mega Tyranitar. The Bullet Punches hit Mega Tyranitar many times.
But Mega Tyranitar had very high defense after it evolved. Bullet Punch was a super-effective move, but it did not do much damage.
At that moment, Suicune and Tapu Fini opened their mouths. Blue water light appeared in their mouths. Two strong Hydro Pumps shot out.
They tried to hit Metagross.
"Metagross!" Steven looked closely.
Metagross tried to move back. But a strong claw grabbed it.
It was Mega Tyranitar!

The two Hydro Pumps hit Metagross and exploded. Metagross cried out in pain.

"Dragon Rush!"
A loud dragon roar came from the sky. Cynthia's Garchomp looked like a scary dragon and flew down.
The Dragon-type move, Dragon Rush!
"Stone Edge."
Mega Tyranitar roared. Sharp stones appeared above it. They shot up to hit Garchomp.

BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!
The Stone Edge hit the Dragon Rush many times. There were many explosions. Strong waves of energy spread out.
The energy of the Dragon Rush became weak because of the stones. The last few stones hit Garchomp. The Dragon Rush was broken. Garchomp was blown away by the explosion.
Cynthia's beautiful face looked dark.
"Thunderbolt!"
But then, Nidoking shot golden electricity. Many beams of lightning went toward the enemies.
Suicune and Tapu Fini moved away. Mega Tyranitar was hit by the Thunderbolt. It was surprised and let go of Metagross. Metagross moved back to Steven's side.
"Be careful, you two. Damian is very strong now," Giovanni told Steven and Cynthia.
"Yes. I was not careful enough," Steven said.
"That Mega Tyranitar... its power is incredible!"
Cynthia said with a low voice. Her Garchomp used a Dragon Rush, but Mega Tyranitar's Stone Edge beat it.
This had never happened before. Cynthia's Garchomp had never lost a direct fight like that.
"This Mega Tyranitar has great attack and defense. Do not fight it directly. It is as slow as a normal Tyranitar," Giovanni said seriously.
"We must also watch Suicune and Tapu Fini," Cynthia said.
"I will have Metagross fight Suicune and Tapu Fini. This will split the battle. You two can attack then."

Metagross used the priority move Bullet Punch to move fast again. It flew through the falling water toward Tapu Fini.
"Extreme Speed," Damian said with a small laugh.
White light appeared behind Suicune. it ran out very fast.

Extreme Speed and Bullet Punch hit each other in the air. Extreme Speed is stronger, but Metagross was tougher. Metagross also had more physical power.
Suicune was knocked back. But it stopped Metagross from getting near Tapu Fini.
"Hydro Pump!"
Tapu Fini shot a large Hydro Pump at Metagross.
Metagross could not move away. It used its claws to block. The Hydro Pump hit Metagross hard and pushed it back.
Steven looked serious, but he could not do anything.
However, Suicune and Tapu Fini were busy now!
"Garchomp! Dragon Claw!"
Garchomp flew very fast toward Mega Tyranitar.
Garchomp is much faster than Metagross or Tyranitar!

Nidoking moved on the wet ground. Yellow energy appeared under Mega Tyranitar.

Because of the stomp, the ground under Mega Tyranitar broke in a pattern like a spider-web. The Earth Power was destroyed.
But Garchomp reached Mega Tyranitar. Its sharp Dragon Claws hit Mega Tyranitar's chest.
Mega Tyranitar used its right claw to block the attack.
The Dragon Claws hit Mega Tyranitar's arm. The pain made Mega Tyranitar angry. it roared at Garchomp.
"BAN!!"
Garchomp growled back. It was not scared.
"Brick Break!" Cynthia stayed calm.
Metagross was still fighting Tapu Fini and Suicune. It was hard for Metagross to fight two enemies.
Cynthia and Giovanni had to beat Mega Tyranitar now.
"Payback!"
Garchomp moved. Its claws were white for the Fighting-type move, Brick Break!
But Mega Tyranitar was also fast. Black light appeared on its left arm as it hit Garchomp's attack.
BANG!
Payback and Brick Break hit each other. Cynthia looked worried because Garchomp's move was broken by Mega Tyranitar's Payback!
Mega Tyranitar was much stronger than Garchomp after it evolved.
"Ban~!"
The Payback hit Garchomp in the chest. Garchomp growled in pain. Mega Tyranitar did not stop. It grabbed Garchomp's throat and hit it against the ground.
Mega Tyranitar looked very mean.
"Ice Punch!"
Mega Tyranitar's cold fist moved toward Garchomp.
"Aura Sphere!" Cynthia's eyes became small.
Lucario put its hands together. A blue energy ball shot toward Mega Tyranitar.

"Nidoking! Superpower!"
Giovanni ordered Nidoking to attack.

Mega Tyranitar's Ice Punch hit Garchomp's chest. Garchomp growled in pain. Ice began to grow where the punch hit.
The Ice-type move was very bad for Garchomp.
Cynthia looked serious. She knew Garchomp was badly hurt. It could not fight well now.
But she hoped Lucario's Aura Sphere and Nidoking's Superpower would hit.
"Knock Off!"
Mega Tyranitar could not stand up to move away from the Aura Sphere. But its large tail moved fast.
BOOM!
Mega Tyranitar's tail hit the Aura Sphere. The ball exploded, but nothing else happened.
Steven was watching Mega Tyranitar. He frowned.
That worked?
But Nidoking was there. Its white fist hit Mega Tyranitar in the side.

Mega Tyranitar roared in pain. It was very angry.
The Superpower move blew Mega Tyranitar back.
Mega Tyranitar has a four-times weakness to Fighting moves. This did a lot of damage!
"Keep using Superpower!" Giovanni said.
Nidoking tried to hit Mega Tyranitar again.
"Do not think you are winning," Damian said.
"Tyranitar, Ice Punch!"
Mega Tyranitar felt a lot of pain. Blue ice appeared on its right claw. it hit Nidoking.
BANG!
Ice Punch and Superpower hit each other. But Mega Tyranitar was much stronger.
Mega Tyranitar's strength broke the Superpower. Nidoking was blown away and hit the ground hard.
The Ice-type move was super-effective against Nidoking. It was a very heavy hit.
"Aura Sphere!" Cynthia's voice was low.
Lucario ran fast. Another Aura Sphere hit Mega Tyranitar in the back.
There was a loud explosion. Mega Tyranitar roared in pain. It fell to one knee. It was breathing very hard.
It was still standing!
Steven and the others frowned.
"Hammer Arm!" Steven ordered.
Metagross took a Hydro Pump from Suicune. it used that force to dive from the sky. Its two arms were white.

"Block it with Payback!"
Mega Tyranitar looked up. Its scary eyes were frightening.
Mega Tyranitar stood up and raised its arms. The black light of Payback was bright.
THUD!
Metagross's Hammer Arm hit Mega Tyranitar's arms. Mega Tyranitar's feet went into the ground because of the force.
But Mega Tyranitar blocked the attack!
"Grab it! Earthquake!"
"Ban~!"
Mega Tyranitar moved its giant claw. it grabbed one of Metagross's arms.
"Metagross!" Steven looked worried.
"Nidoking, Ice Beam!" Giovanni ordered.
"Lucario, Aura Sphere!" Cynthia also ordered an attack.
But Tapu Fini and Suicune shot Hydro Pumps. Tapu Fini's attack hit Nidoking and stopped its Ice Beam.
Suicune's attack missed Lucario.
Mega Tyranitar pulled Metagross down hard.
BOOM!
Metagross hit the ground. Then, Mega Tyranitar stepped down with its right foot.
Earthquake!
RUMBLE!
The Earthquake shook Metagross's body. Metagross cried in pain.
The Ground-type move was super-effective against Metagross!
But a blue Aura Sphere hit Mega Tyranitar from the side.
It was from Lucario!
Mega Tyranitar growled in pain. The scary Pokémon finally fell down.
BOOM~
Mega Tyranitar fell. Light flashed on its body. It was not in its Mega form anymore. Its eyes were spinning.
They beat it! They finally beat Tyranitar.
Steven and Cynthia sighed.
That Mega Tyranitar was too strong! They lost a lot to beat it.
Garchomp was hurt very badly. Nidoking was also hurt. Metagross fainted.
And they fought three against one!
If Lucario did not hit Mega Tyranitar with two Aura Spheres, they might have lost.
But Steven did not look happy.
"You are very good. You beat my Mega Tyranitar. I should praise you."
Damian put Tyranitar back in its Poké Ball. He looked at them and smiled.
Suicune and Tapu Fini were beside Damian.
"So, next... what will you do about this one?"
The sound of footsteps came from behind Damian. Two purple eyes were bright. Armored Mewtwo walked onto the broken ground. It moved slowly into the battle.
Steven looked very worried.
They did not have time to be happy about beating Tyranitar. Now they had to fight...
