"Do you know why you are here?" The man asked the bloodied girl
She stared at him or was it at him?
Her eyes were vacant, staring but not seeing him.
He turned to the man that had brought her in.
"Where did you say you found her?" He asked
"District 12. The people there reported a crime"
"What crime?"
The guard swallowed
"Murder"
"She witnessed a murder?" He asked already feeling pity for her.
Poor girl, it is no wonder she is not speaking.
"No" the guard said. "She committed murder."
"Who did she kill?" the man asked, turning to the girl again.
She was still staring at the wall not showing whether she was listening to them or not
"Her father" the guard answered.
