As I got started on the smoothie putting the devil fruit in the blender Lucy got up on the bar stool next to shanks in her red tunic and a similar straw hat with her midriff exposes and burlap curled up jeans. They began talking about each others hats and how hers was better.
Which honestly quality wise it actually is all of her cloths are due to one of my demon forms any of my creations kills have their effects increased by seven so with my rune master skill I can put seven extra runes on any material. So assuming each piece of her outfit had 3 existing slot they then had 10. So like all clothes I create I added special runes.

Each of these effects all comes together to allow Devil fruit user the ability to travel through water. Imagine Lucy is about to fall in the water she can't hop onto anything else. So she shapshifts her clothes into something reminiscent of scuba gear. With water immunity water doesn't flow into the suit or dampen it. With pressure immunity no matter how far down it won't cause her any trouble or sink any further unless she chooses. Then with flight if she doesn't know how to swim. Alongside all that if she doesn't want to use a scuba diver look there is the added bonus that she could just create a bubble like film leaving only a bikini look on everything else. So yeah while that has a history of dating back to Gol d Roger pragmatically hers is better. While I was thinking the smoothie finished and I handed it over to her. And just like that two months had past and I began training Uta the day after shanks left she quickly warmed up to us I can als tell she almost imediatly developed a crush on me. So she closed down the shop since we essentially had unlimited money with my devil fruit so she's also back there training, although right now it's just the basics she was very demotivated with knowing we could ready take her out in our sleep but after a headpat and a kiss on the cheek she was blazing with enthusiasm.
