The story of Throne of Seal begins in a world that has been suffering for thousands of years. Long ago, powerful beings called Demon Gods descended upon the land. They brought destruction, darkness, and fear. Humanity was pushed to the edge of extinction. To survive, humans united and created the Six Great Temples — Knight Temple, Mage Temple, Assassin Temple, Warrior Temple, Priest Temple, and Summoner Temple. Birth of a Pure-Hearted Boy:
The story introduces Long Haochen, a kind and gentle boy who lives with his mother in a small village near the borderlands. Unlike many children, Haochen is calm, respectful, and unusually compassionate. He loves his mother deeply and dreams of becoming strong enough to protect her.
Haochen's mother is weak and sickly, and because of that, Haochen matures early. He takes care of her, helps with daily work, and always tries to stay positive. Even though the world is filled with danger, Haochen's heart is pure and filled with light.
From the beginning, we see that Haochen is different from other children. He does not hate demons out of revenge or anger. Instead, he wants to become strong to protect others.
