Chapter 1 - .

Allie wanted to know why her mother was so adamant on refusing her on her preferred course. It may be due to the fact that none of their family was always in the front lines.

Her mother is a Lieutenant general.

Her grandmother was a General.

Her great grandmother was one too.

By her legacy she was bound to be one too, but she had enough of that. She'd rather be in a laboratory than be in the frontlines. She would rather help the people in need.

Dinner by far was an interesting event, always the cycle of her mother trying to persuade her to pursue her "birthright" while her father supporting her and saying it is a noble cause to become a medic of sorts. She loved her father really but she preferred if he would just knock it off.

She just doesn't belong to this world, sort of. She is a transmigrator-too cliche if you asked her- she died asleep, small miracles. She couldn't remember the title of the story but as far as she knew she's a villain who would eventually die at the hands of one of the protagonists.

To top it all off, this story was an ABO harem type. She's fucked on all different levels.

A story where she must submit to her biological inhibitions, a story where consent and dissent blur the lines. Don't get her wrong, there are some stories where this type of thing is portrayed better, but some are just borderline insanity which she just can't stomach.

Alas she spent too much time in her head that her father is looking at her with intensity again. She smiled at him, gestured that she's alright. Her father, though not convinced, just nodded.

Her mother was not done monologuing her thoughts on her chosen course, she sighed.

"Mama, while I appreciate your concern for me and my legacy can you just at least respect my choice?"

That shut her up, her mother looked conflicted, between their name and her daughter's happiness. For all their faults she loved her parents dearly.

After that grueling dinner she decided to just relax for the night, writing or rather trying to remember the contents of the novel she transmigrated too. However much force she used her brain on she just couldn't remember, but no matter she would like to just avoid her death and be on her merry life. This was her relaxation.

Her monotone days grew by and finally her time to go to college was here. All of her things are in her dorm and the only thing left to do is say goodbye to her dear parents. Which is a teary affair.

"Don't forget to eat dear" her father reminded her while kissing her cheeks "Don't over exert yourself, don't forget to call, don't forget to rest, to come by whenever you feel tired at school."

She nodded at her father, she then turned to her mother trying to wipe off her tears.

"Mama?"

"Oh my dear little girl!" she got roped into the tightest hug she'd ever received in which she returned it.

"I'll miss you two!" she whispered, barely hiding the shakiness in her voice.

She reluctantly let go, sighing as she said goodbye once more and began walking away.
