The last day of the 2999 year of the Veylar calendar people were celebrating for coming of the new millennium. As new millennium has begun people were celebrating, a voice was heard by every living being, living on the planet and a holographic screen appears in front of them.

Every one was startled by this announcement. Then people started to feel extruding pain in their bodies, many people died as a result of excess loss of blood, organ failure, etc.

Aethelric Caelan a bright boy in his late teens (19 years) was celebrating with his classmates in a restaurant and this sudden announcement startled them, they thought they were dreaming until they started to feel enormous pain in their bodies, it felt like their bodies are gonna explode.
Many of his classmates died due to excessive mutations, but he and a few other classmates survived.
During the mutation they fainted as a result of enormous phycological pain. After some time he woke up, suddenly a holographic screen appeared in front of him.

He was totally dumbfounded by this system notification. What he thought was fiction became reality.
"F@#$ , WHAT IS THIS." He shouted.
'I must be dreaming, this can't be real', he thought to himself.
Suddenly the plants, trees and animals started to go berserk, due to mutation.
The restaurant in which they were celebrating started to collapse as the surrounding trees went berserk.
In this chaos some students woke up. they were trying to understand the situation , Caelan shouted "RUN!!, This building is collapsing."
Many started to evacuate the restaurant.
He carried two of his best friends (a girl and a boy) and came out of the restaurant as it was collapsing. after some time they woke up, and as they noticed the system notification and saw the surroundings they were shocked and dumbfounded respectively.
Suddenly some dogs attacked their group and killed some of his classmates who just came out of collapsed restaurant.
"Everyone gather here, we need to fend them off as a group. If we fight individually we will get killed" Caelan said while helping his friends Xu Zhi and Sara defending from the attacks.
The students gathered around , and started to kill the dogs while helping others to get into the formation.
Caelan killed 5 dogs. A system notification appeared.

Many of the students died and many were terrified. Some students thought they might be hallucinating or dreaming. some students lost their minds and went berserk.
"RUN, we can't deal with them, they are just too many"
Caelan was terrified with this sudden change.
Just as he spoke, a frenzied classmate lunged at him.
"CAELAN!!" Sara ran towards him.
"IT'S DANGEROUS. Don't come here, Just run". he gestured Xu Zhi (to take Sara away) while defending himself.
Caelan felt conflicted—his desire to flee clashed with the fact that if he ran, his friends would die.
"If you go there you will die, you fool".
Xu Zhi pulled Sara towards him.
"Do you want see Caelan dead" Sara glared at him.
"Sara you should believe in him. He is stronger and smarter than us. He will surely find a way save himself."
"HOW CAN YOU BE SO SHAMLESS, YOU--….".
Xu Zhi caught Sara as she fainted.
"If you care about your family, then be alive". Xu Zhi said before taking Sara away.
This sentence triggered something inside him. The battle turned into one sided massacre as Caelan started to kill the opponents in frenzied state.
