Stolen Kiss
The next day, the Bangkok sun beat down on Saint Arun International School, but Niran barely noticed.
His thoughts were still tangled in last night's neon glow, the heat, the tension, the way Kai had claimed him without a word.
He entered the classroom, trying to act normal, but Kai was already there, standing by the window. His gaze found Niran immediately. Slow. Intense. Possessive.
Pim noticed the way Niran stiffened and leaned toward him with a teasing smile. "Someone looks distracted," she whispered, leaning over the desk.
"I'm not—" Niran started.
Kai's voice cut through softly. "You are."
Pim smirked, clearly amused. "Oh? And who's allowed to decide that?"
Kai stepped closer, so close Niran felt the heat radiating off him. "I am," he murmured.
Niran's chest tightened. His stomach flipped. He wanted to step back—but couldn't. Not when Kai's eyes held him like a predator watching prey.
Pim reached out, brushing Niran's hair from his forehead playfully. Kai's hand moved faster than Niran could process, lightly catching Pim's wrist and holding it away. Possessive. Warning.
"Not her," Kai said, low and sharp.
Pim's smirk faltered. "And who says I want him?"
Kai leaned slightly toward Niran, lips dangerously close to his ear. "I do," he whispered.
Niran's breath caught. Heat pooled between his thighs. His heart hammered.
Before he could think, Kai's hand brushed the side of his face, tilting his chin gently. Their eyes locked.
And then…
Kai's lips captured his.
Soft at first, testing, claiming. Niran froze. His hands wanted to push him away, wanted to resist, but they didn't. His body betrayed him, leaning closer, needing the contact, needing to be possessed.
The classroom seemed to vanish. Only Kai existed. His warmth, his dominance, his need.
When Kai finally pulled back, his lips lingered near Niran's ear. "Mine," he breathed.
Pim's sharp intake of breath behind them reminded Niran they weren't alone.
"I…" Niran stammered, cheeks burning.
"You'll get used to it," Kai said, straightening. His eyes darkened. "And you'll like it."
The bell rang. The moment shattered. Students returned to their seats, oblivious to the intensity that had just passed.
Niran's hands shook slightly. His pulse raced. His mind couldn't stop replaying the stolen kiss.
He realized, with both fear and thrill, that his quiet life was over.
Kai had claimed him.
And part of him didn't want to be free.
