Chapter 1: The Facebook
There was a girl named Sristy. She was my childhood friend as well as like a sister. We were very close to each other.
At that time, she used to study in class 5 or 6—I don't remember the exact class—and I was studying in class 8.
During that time, there was a trend where girls used to like other girls. Since she studied in a girls' school, this was quite common.
I was also a bit boyish in nature, so I used to like these kinds of things.
Every day, we used to share whom we liked. I told her whom I liked these days, and she also told me that a girl had said she was interested in me, something like that.
One day, she mentioned her friend's name and told me that the girl was very gorgeous and cute. I jokingly told her, "Please settle that girl with me," hahaha.
Then I asked her the girl's name. Her name was Sanya. She told me that Sanya had a Facebook account and asked me to send her a friend request.
I was so happy. In the evening, I searched her name on Facebook. I found 2–3 girls with the same name and the same school name, but I didn't know how she looked. So I sent friend requests to all three girls.
The next day, I opened my Facebook account and saw one notification. In a hurry, I opened it—and there… wah wah! Finally, my dream came true.
Out of those 2–3 girls, one girl had accepted my friend request. I was so happy.
I told my friend that one of them had accepted my request, and she said, "Wow! Now you have to text her."
"Okay!"
I texted her with a lot of nervousness:
Hi…!!
I thought the hardest part was sending the friend request. I was wrong. The real story started after that message.
