Chapter 30 - Chapter 30 – The Authority of Existence

The moment Leo disappeared—

The world lost meaning.

Not metaphorically.

Not symbolically.

Literally.

Distance collapsed.

Direction twisted.

Cause and effect… disconnected.

Inside the containment field, reality itself began to fail.

The three watchers reacted instantly.

"…Visual lost."

"…Spatial coordinates unstable."

"…Recalibrating."

Too late.

Leo was already there.

Right in front of them.

No movement.

No transition.

Just presence.

The nearest watcher raised its hand—

But Leo's hand reached first.

A simple touch.

Quiet.

Effortless.

"…Stop."

The word wasn't loud.

But it carried something deeper than sound.

For a single moment—

Everything froze.

Time halted.

Space held still.

Even thought… paused.

Then—

CRACK.

The watcher's body fractured.

Not physically.

Conceptually.

Like its existence had been split apart.

Fragments of light scattered—

Then vanished completely.

Erased.

Not destroyed.

Not defeated.

Removed.

Silence.

The remaining two watchers stepped back instantly.

"…Existence interference confirmed."

"…This is beyond projected evolution."

Leo stood there.

Calm.

Unshaken.

His eyes glowed faintly.

But there was no overflow of power.

No uncontrolled aura.

Everything was contained.

Perfectly.

"…One down."

The second watcher moved.

Faster than before.

No hesitation.

No testing.

Only execution.

The space around Leo collapsed inward again.

Layer upon layer of distortion.

Annihilation stacked over annihilation.

A perfect kill.

Leo didn't move.

Didn't react.

He simply looked at it.

And raised his hand slightly.

The collapsing space… stopped.

Then reversed.

The distortion folded in on itself—

And disappeared.

The watcher froze.

"…Control over spatial origin…"

Leo took a step forward.

"…You're still trying."

He vanished again.

Reappeared behind it.

Hand already extended.

"…Disappear."

No explosion.

No impact.

No resistance.

The watcher's form flickered—

Then faded.

Gone.

As if it had never existed.

Silence.

Only one remained.

The last watcher stood still.

Watching.

Analyzing.

Understanding.

"…You have exceeded projection limits."

Leo didn't respond.

"…You are no longer a target."

A pause.

"…You are a threat."

Leo's gaze remained calm.

"…Same thing."

The final watcher raised its hand.

Golden energy gathered.

But this time—

It wasn't an attack.

A massive formation appeared behind it.

Symbols formed.

Ancient.

Precise.

Absolute.

"…Containment protocol."

The field around Leo shifted again.

But stronger.

Deeper.

Golden chains erupted from the formation.

Binding him instantly.

Arms.

Legs.

Body.

Even the space around him locked in place.

Outside the barrier—

Luna's voice broke,

"…Leo!"

Kai slammed against the invisible wall,

"LET HIM GO!!"

Ryu clenched his fists, powerless.

Milan's voice trembled,

"…That's not a normal seal…"

Inside—

Leo looked down at the chains.

Calm.

Observing.

The watcher spoke,

"…This will bind even divine entities."

Silence.

Then—

Leo sighed softly.

"…You really don't understand."

The chains trembled.

Cracks formed instantly.

The watcher's voice broke for the first time,

"…Impossible—"

Leo moved his hand slightly.

CRACK.

One chain shattered.

Then another.

Then all of them.

Gone.

The formation behind the watcher flickered violently.

Unstable.

Breaking.

Leo looked at it.

Eyes glowing faintly.

"…Is that all?"

For the first time—

The watcher stepped back.

Not strategically.

Instinctively.

"…This is beyond mission scope."

Leo raised his hand slowly.

"…Then leave."

Silence.

The watcher didn't move.

"…Or I'll erase you too."

A long pause.

Then—

The watcher lowered its hand.

"…Retreat confirmed."

Its body began dissolving into light.

"…But this is not over."

Leo didn't respond.

"…The higher ones will come."

Leo's eyes remained unchanged.

"…Let them."

The watcher vanished.

The containment field collapsed instantly.

The sky returned to normal.

The pressure disappeared.

The world stabilized.

Leo stood alone.

His aura slowly faded.

The golden glow dimmed.

His body trembled slightly.

Then—

He dropped to one knee.

Outside—

The barrier vanished.

Luna ran forward immediately.

"Leo!"

Kai followed,

"BRO YOU DID IT AGAIN?!"

Ryu moved quickly,

"…He's collapsing…"

Milan checked his condition,

"…His body can't handle that level yet…"

Leo's breathing grew heavy.

His vision blurred.

Inside him—

The divine blood pulsed weakly.

The voice whispered,

"…You went too far."

Leo closed his eyes.

"…Not far enough…"

Darkness slowly took over.

The last thing he saw—

Was Luna's face.

Close.

Worried.

"…Don't die…"

she whispered.

Then everything went black.

Far beyond reality—

Ancient chains cracked further.

A deep voice echoed through the void.

"…The path has begun."

Back on Earth—

The battle was over.

But the war…

Had only just begun.
