John looked at the series of notifications the moment he placed both hands over Elena's weak body. He couldn't help but frown at the part related to lowering his friend's HP.
"Am I going to live?"
Elena noticed the worried look on John's face, and she got the wrong impression.
"No, you'll survive this," John changed the worried look over his face to a much calmer one, "but this… It's going to be way worse than how I saved Ricky before."
Elena was too weak to recall what he was referring to. Yet her desire to live forced her to faintly smile.
"Do whatever you want," she coughed up black blood again, "either way, I'm in hell already."
