"Hey! What do you think you're doing over there? Lunch break is already over!"

A teacher's shout came from not far away.

To the three boys, that normally annoying teacher suddenly sounded incredibly kind and comforting. They were just about to take the opportunity to slip away quietly.

"Hm?"

A simple grunt from Dudley was enough to stop them in their tracks, as if their feet had taken root in the ground.

Without Dudley's permission, who would dare take another step?

"Bring what you owe us in three days," Dudley said calmly. "And don't let me see you bullying anyone again."

"Now get lost."

Those words sounded like a divine pardon. The three immediately bolted, running as fast as they could and disappearing from sight in seconds.

"Oh, it's Dudley."

The teacher walked over and, upon recognizing him, broke into a broad smile.

To the students, Dudley Dursley was practically a demon.

But in the eyes of the teachers, he was something completely different.

The reason was simple.

Dudley had excellent grades. Year after year, he ranked first in the entire school, with near-perfect scores in every subject. A true model student.

If described using wizarding exam standards, it would look something like this:

Academic Performance: O (Outstanding)

Physical Education: O (Outstanding)

Physical Development: O (Outstanding)

Overall Physique: O (Outstanding)

On top of that, Dudley loved participating in competitive sports — and whenever he did, he always brought first-place medals back to the school.

The trophy display case had been full for a long time.

How could teachers not like him?

After a brief conversation, the teacher left.

Only Harry and Dudley remained.

"D-Dudley… I'm sorry… I couldn't protect your lunch."

Harry seemed to have gathered all the courage in the world just to say that.

Dudley frowned.

"What should you be calling me?"

All of Harry's courage evaporated instantly.

"S-sorry, B-Big D."

Big D was a nickname only people close to Dudley were allowed to use.

"Harry, you don't need to be so afraid of me."

"O-okay, Big D."

The conversation left Dudley somewhat speechless.

He swore that ever since coming to this world, he had never bullied Harry. He had no idea why his cousin was so scared of him.

I'm clearly a very easygoing person.

In fact, Dudley had never laid a hand on Harry.

The problem was that every time Dudley beat someone else up, Harry just happened to be nearby. Dudley's brutal side had left a deep impression on the boy's young mind.

After a few more words, Dudley sent Harry back to the classroom and went to a quiet corner to check his reward.

Dudley was not originally from this world.

Now, his name was Dudley Dursley — the cousin of the famous Harry Potter, a background character meant only to push the plot forward, a clown who wasn't even considered a villain in the early stages of the story.

A Muggle officially defined by the original author.

Someone destined to never have any connection to magic.

If no miracle occurred, Dudley would never be able to cast even the weakest spell.

But as the saying goes, misfortune and fortune walk hand in hand.

When heaven closes one door, it opens a window.

Suppressing his excitement, Dudley opened that "window."

Several golden words, wrapped in a mysterious aura, slowly appeared before his eyes.

This was something only Dudley could see — an exclusive "cheat" made just for him.

Mage Growth System.

From the name alone, it was clearly a system designed to cultivate mages.

"Rescue the young Savior Harry Potter.Reward: One Physical Attribute Draw."

"Do you wish to draw now?"

Dudley stared at the floating words.

He rubbed his hands together vigorously, then went to the school restroom and carefully washed them.

After all, this was a draw.

First wash away bad luck, then attract good fortune. Since he had reincarnated into a magical world, believing in superstition felt perfectly reasonable.

The moment he confirmed the draw, an old slot machine appeared before him. Three reels began spinning wildly.

Whether it had any practical meaning or not, the sense of ritual was complete.

As the lever activated, the symbols continued to roll. Dudley couldn't interfere at all — he could only wait for the result.

He recalled the previous draw.

Last time, he had obtained JoJo's Bizarre Adventure — Hamon Energy.

A unique training technique that strengthened the body through special breathing methods. By controlling one's breathing, physical abilities could be drastically enhanced, various effects achieved through precise control, human limits surpassed, and even aging delayed.

At the time, Dudley found it strange that a mage system would grant something like this.

The system's explanation was simple:

"A strong body is the foundation of becoming a great mage."

It made sense.

So he accepted it.

From that day on, Dudley trained Hamon Energy every single day — which was how he achieved his current physique.

"But, system… I want to learn magic," he muttered.

No one disliked magic.

Compared to physical training, the mysterious and miraculous nature of magic was far more alluring.

As Dudley reflected, the slot machine finally stopped, revealing the reward category.

"Type-Moon Universe — FATE"

Moments later, more words appeared.

"The Three Founding Families of the Holy Grail War."

Dudley raised an eyebrow.

This time… it had to be magic, right?

Even if that world called spells "ritual magecraft" and users "mages," at the very least he should get a fireball or something.

An image appeared before his eyes.

A boy with blue, seaweed-like hair wore a lecherous grin, his hand resting on the thigh of a red-clad girl with twin tails.

A classic scene from Fate/stay night, Unlimited Blade Works route.

"I could play with this leg for an entire year."

"Congratulations. You have obtained: Shinji Matou's Mage Physique."

Shinji Matou — the eldest son of the Matou mage family. As a child, he dreamed of becoming a mage, only to discover as he grew older that he lacked any aptitude. That resentment was eventually taken out on his adopted sister, Sakura, leading him to commit unforgivable acts.

Yet another pathetic character used merely to push the story forward.

Just like Dudley Dursley.

Although in terms of sheer depravity, Dudley didn't even come close.

The only redeeming quality Shinji had was decent grades and being vice-captain of the archery club — which granted Dudley the skill Archery Lv. 1.

Even after years of training Hamon Energy and maintaining self-control in most situations, Dudley couldn't hold it in anymore and burst out:

"Shinji Matou's mage physique? I start laughing just looking at it."

"That idiot doesn't even look like a mage."

"It's not just a little off — it's off by miles."

"What can this guy even do?"

"And he still thinks he deserves to be called a mage?"
