Konan could only look at Hayato Ren with pitiful eyes and call out plaintively:
"Brother Ren, look at her..."
He had no choice but to release Konan's right hand, then turned and delivered a karate chop to Yuhi Kurenai's head with his palm.
"Don't push your luck here, otherwise later when Konan does something, both Rin and I will pretend not to see it."
Hearing this, Yuhi Kurenai stuck out her little tongue and revealed a sly expression.

After receiving Hayato Ren's permission, Konan immediately revealed a cruel smile.
Seeing the situation developing in an unfavorable direction for herself, Yuhi Kurenai didn't hesitate at all and turned to flee.
However, she was horrified to discover that she couldn't control her legs.
Yuhi Kurenai slowly looked down and saw that the lower half of her body, from the waist down, was covered in a layer of pure white paper.
Watching Konan approach her, Yuhi Kurenai forced out an extremely awkward smile.
"Konan, let's make peace. I won't dare to speak recklessly anymore..."
The response to Yuhi Kurenai was Konan's delicate fist.
Just as Hayato Ren was watching the "battle" between Konan and Yuhi Kurenai—or rather, Yuhi Kurenai's one-sided beating—the Nohara Rin beside him gently tugged at the corner of his clothes.
Seeing Hayato Ren's somewhat puzzled expression, Nohara Rin slowly pulled out a small cloth bundle from her pocket and said softly:
"Teacher, I made some cookies at home. Would you like to try them..."

Were it not for being provoked by Yuhi Kurenai's earlier actions, Nohara Rin would never have acted this way given her personality.
In response, Hayato Ren could only open his mouth wide and take a bite.
However, Hayato Ren misjudged the distance—not only did he eat the cookie, but he also ended up swallowing two of Nohara Rin's fingers.
Feeling the wet sensation on her fingers, Rin's small face instantly turned as red and vibrant as a winter persimmon.
After a brief moment of shock, Rin quickly withdrew her hand, her heart beginning to pound fiercely.
At that moment, it felt as if a little deer were frantically leaping about inside Rin's chest.
This scene happened to be witnessed by Konan, who was nearby.
Yet, she did not blame Rin.
If it weren't for that guy in front of them, Rin wouldn't have had such an opportunity in the first place.
So, Konan remained silent, only quietly increasing the force in her hands.
"Sorry, I accidentally bit your fingers," Hayato Ren apologized while pulling out a handkerchief to gently wipe Rin's fingers.
A look of regret crossed Rin's face—she had originally planned not to wash her hand tonight.
Then, her gaze shifted to the handkerchief in Hayato Ren's hand.
"Teacher, let me wash that handkerchief for you."
Hearing this, Hayato Ren had no choice but to hand the handkerchief over to Rin.
Rin accepted it as if it were a treasure, carefully tucking it into her pocket.
Afterward, Hayato Ren and Rin leaned against a large tree, munching on cookies while watching Yuhi Kurenai get beaten up.
By the time the cookies were finished, Konan had vented most of her anger.
By then, Yuhi Kurenai's face was covered in several bruises, and her neatly tied hair had become disheveled.
Once everything settled, Rin immediately stood up, ran over to Yuhi Kurenai, and began healing her using Medical Ninjutsu.
Konan had shown restraint; although Yuhi Kurenai looked utterly miserable, she only suffered superficial injuries that would heal completely after a few days of rest.
Under Rin's treatment, Yuhi Kurenai was fully recovered in no time.
After the healing was done, Yuhi Kurenai tightly grasped Rin's hands, saying with deep emotion:
"Rin, you really are the best to me. In this cruel world, you are the one and only light."
Seeing the deeply moved expression on Yuhi Kurenai's face, Rin guiltily turned her head away.
After all, she had quite enjoyed watching Konan beat up Yuhi Kurenai earlier.
She had even wished that Konan would keep going.
That way, she could have stayed by her teacher's side a little longer.
After tidying up, Hayato Ren summoned Charizard.
It had been a while since they last met, and Charizard's size had changed noticeably.
It had grown a full size larger, making Hayato Ren wonder if Charizard had eaten something strange.
Even though it was already in its final form, it seemed to be undergoing a second growth spurt.
Charizard gently placed one of its claws on Hayato Ren's head, a soft expression on its face.
It was expressing its closeness to Hayato Ren in this manner.
Hayato Ren reached out and patted the dragon claw resting on his head, then said:
"Charizard, I'll have to trouble you again this time."
Hearing this, Charizard patted its chest with its claw, as if saying:
"Leave it all to me..."
